Living Green Together | Program "Million green trees

LIVING GREEN TOGETHER

Participants: all participants participate in "Green Commitment" on the website: https://trieucayxanh.doanthannien.vn (regardless of distinction between age, gender, education, occupation, nationality, and residence).

* Participants must form a group of at least 3 members, and join challenges together. The organizer will decide to make a group invalid in case the number of members is lower than required.

Make your home "Green"

The image of your house before and after you make changes through actions such as cleaning, painting, and rearranging the living space clean, green, etc.

Challenge 2
Useful Garbage

08/08 - 14/08/2023

Images of the process of sorting household waste in your daily life such as images of classifying organic and inorganic waste, sorting plastic bottles, batteries, leftovers, etc.

Challenge 3
Green Living at the workplace

09/08 - 14/08/2023

Before and after images of your study place, or your working corner after cleaning, painting, or rearranging to make it more beautiful, clean, or more additional greenery, etc.

Green Innovation

10/08 - 14/08/2023

Pictures before and after you recycle plastic items into useful items and protect the environment.

Challenge 5
Green Social Network

11/08 - 14/08/2023

Share about one or multiple websites, or social networks that propagandize about raising awareness of environmental protection and responding to climate change that you are monitoring, thereby spreading more together to many people.

Challenge 6
Live green with the community

12/08 - 14/08/2023

Photos before and after you and your friends and relatives work together to clean and sanitize the outdoor campus such as in a public place, canals, ponds, etc.

Challenge 7
Green Feeling

13/08 - 14/08/2023

Write a short article after completing all "Live Green with you" challenges to share your feelings when participating in the challenge with your friends, along with the message you want to send to relatives, friends, and the whole society in the journey to join hands to protect the environment, climate change response.

Connect - Spread - Share

Step 1: All team members register as a participant in the challenge at the website: https://trieucayxanh.doanthannien.vn. The team representative will receive a group ID code for team members. Each member of the group should register individually for the "Green Commitment" on the website and enter the group ID code in their personal account.
The organizer will issue a "LIVING GREEN TOGETHER" certificate to registered for each participant.
Participants perform "Like" and "Follow" the fanpage: "Million green trees - For a Green Vietnam".

Step 2: Follow the roadmap provided in the "LIVING GREEN TOGETHER" record, which will be announced on the official fanpage.
Complete the individual challenges according to the topics announced. Take pictures and post the content on your public Facebook page, including hashtags: #Trieucayxanh #TrunguongDoan #SuntoryPepsiCoVietNam. #LivingGreenTogetherChallenge. For example:

I am Hoa - I will participate in "7 Challenges - Living green together" with the "Green Innovation" theme.
With the hashtags:
#Trieucayxanh
#TrunguongDoan
#SuntoryPepsiCoVietNam
#LivingGreenTogetherChallenge

Step 3: Within a day, copy and paste your article link into the "LIVING GREEN TOGETHER" board on the website and send it to the organizer (Make sure links of all team members are updated regularly).
The program organizer of "Million Trees - For A Green Vietnam" will use tools to filter and compare articles to to ensure they meet the program requirements.

Submission requirements

The preliminary submissions are images, videos, or links to real-life activities created or shared by the contestant team, following the content of each topic during the competition period in August 2023.

The submissions should accurately convey the message and significance of the program and project, along with the desired messages for the community.

The content of the submissions must not violate the regulations of the State and copyright laws, should be in line with Vietnamese customs and traditions, and should not involve political or religious issues. They should also comply with other legal requirements.

Product content is posted only once without additional editing. If additional corrections are found, the entry will be counted as ineligible.

How results are recordred

The Organizer will review the entries of individuals. Valid entries that meet the requirements will be marked as "Challenge completed" on the "LIVING GREEN TOGETHER" Record Board for the groups.

For each challenge, The Organizer will select and screen out a contestant group with the highest number of "Likes" and "Shares" to participate in the Final Round.

If all team members complete 3 out of 7 valid challenges, the team will qualify for the Semi-Final Round.

Each individual who completes 4 out of 7 challenges will receive a "Digital Certificate" on the program website.

The team with all members completing 5 out of 7 challenges will receive an additional 10% of the total score in the Semi-Final Round.

The team with all members completing 7 out of 7 challenges will receive an additional 15% of the total score in the Semi-Final Round.

The results will be announced on the official fanpage on August 18th, 2023

Nội dung dự thi: Các nhóm tham gia vòng thi bán kết và chung kết sẽ trình bày 01 chương trình hành động vì môi trường do chính nhóm xây dựng ý tưởng và phương án tổ chức nếu đạt được giải thưởng của chương trình.

Cách thức dự thi: Nhóm dự thi thực hiện quay 01 clip ngắn tối đa 05 phút để trình bày về dự án và 01 file powerpoint thuyết trình chi tiết về dự án.

Vòng bán kết

Thời gian gửi sản phẩm dự thi: từ ngày 04/09/2023 - 20/09/2023.

Thời gian công bố kết quả: ngày 22/09/2023 (Dự kiến) tại Fanpage "Triệu cây xanh - Vì một Việt Nam xanh".

Vòng chung kết

Thời gian bình chọn: từ ngày 25/09/2023 - 01/10/2023.

Thời gian phỏng vấn kín: 04/10/2023 (dự kiến).

Thời gian công bố kết quả: ngày 09/10/2023 (dự kiến) tại Fanpage "Triệu cây xanh - Vì một Việt Nam xanh".

Prize structure

"Inspirational Group" Award

Prizes for groups with the total number of "Like" and "Share" of all members are highest in each challenge.

7 Prizes: Certificates and medals of the Program Organizer, and 500 new trees to contribute to the program.

Final prize

01 First Prize includes:

Certificate of Merit from The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee.
Commemorative medal of the program organizer.
5.000 new trees are contributed to the program.
Invitation to be a "Green Ambassador" to spread the program.
A package ticket (including accommodation and transportation costs) to participate in the Closing Ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City and 3 package tickets for experiential on September.
A reward of 10.000.000 VND in cash.
A budget of 30.000.000 VND to organize "Living green together" activities according to the program that the group presents.

01 Second Prize includes:

3.000 new trees are contributed to the program.

A budget of 20.000.000 VND to organize "Living green together" activities according to the program that the group presents.

A reward of 3.000.000 VND in cash.
A budget of 5.000.000 VND to organize "Living green together" activities according to the program that the group presents.

* Groups, collectives, and individuals that have prizes and have contributed trees will be named to the cluster of planted trees.
* The number of members of each won group that participate in the experiential travel is not more than 03 people.
